Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:
    • To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required.
    • Full payment must be received 20 days prior to the tour departure date.
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour departure date will receive an 80% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 29 days of the tour departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Travel Documents:
    • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
    • Gypsy Traces & Tours is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
    • Gypsy Traces & Tours can help in visa processing
  4. Changes and Cancellations by Gypsy Traces & Tours:
    • Gypsy Traces & Tours reserves the right to change or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings.
    • In such cases, alternative tours or a full refund will be offered to affected travelers.
  5. Travel Insurance:
    • Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
  6. Liability:
    • Gypsy Traces & Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third parties, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond its control.
    • Travelers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour.
  7. Health and Fitness:
    • Travelers should ensure they are in good health and physically fit for the tour activities.
    • Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed to Gypsy Traces & Tours prior to booking.
  8. Conduct:
    • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of the tour guides and local authorities.
    • Gypsy Traces & Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
  9. Disputes:
    • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and resolved through arbitration in Islamabad.
