• Itinerary Changes: Gypsy Traces and Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Comparable alternatives will be provided.

Privacy

• Data Protection: Personal information provided will be treated with confidentiality, adhering to relevant data protection laws.
• Marketing: By booking, you agree to receive marketing materials. You can opt-out anytime by notifying us.
• Third Parties: Some services may involve third-party vendors. Your information will be shared only for tour-related purposes.

Responsibility and Liability

• Tour Modifications: Gypsy Traces and Tours is not responsible for disruptions due to factors beyond its control, such as weather, political situations, etc.
• Health and Safety: Participants must ensure their physical fitness for tours. Any medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.
• Insurance: Travel insurance covering health, accidents, cancellations, and luggage is recommended. Gypsy Traces and Tours is not liable for such incidents.
• Behavior: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to tour expulsion without a refund.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellation by Gypsy Traces and Tours: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel a tour and offer a refund or an alternative tour, Please refer to the cancellation policy.

• Documentation: Participants are responsible for necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.).
• Photography: Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes.

Gypsy Traces and Tours: Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellation 20 days or more before the tour start date: The non-refundable deposit will be retained; the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 10 to 19 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 9 days of tour start date: No refund will be provided.

No-shows or Unused Services

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.

Cancellation by Gypsy Traces and Tours

• In the unlikely event that Gypsy Traces and Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, insufficient bookings), participants will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
• Gypsy Traces and Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses participants incur due to the tour cancellation.

Change of Booking

• Changes to booking dates or itineraries after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Gypsy Traces and Tours will strive to accommodate changes whenever possible.

Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving a cancellation request.

Force Majeure

• Gypsy Traces and Tours shall not be held responsible for cancellations or alterations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, and unforeseeable events.
